LIFELINE IN BERLIN (NSFW)
A mutual friend put me in contact with Skara Akpis, a very talented model and creative. We both appreciate each other’s work so we decided we’d shoot when I traveled to Berlin. We didn’t plan anything, the whole thing just came together. When that happens… it’s one of the best feelings you can have as an artist.
The first day I landed in Europe, my phone was stolen. I went to a smoke shop and bought this little cellphone which became my lifeline for the trip. Without it, there’s no way my friends and I would have made it back home. This crappy little cellphone became part of the theme of the whole shoot.
